Dear prospective employer, I am herewith applying for the position of bartender in your organisation. My interest and dedication to the food and beverage industry is undeniable in my previous and current position as waiter, supervisor and bartender. I began my adventure with hospitality in 2014 when I started waiting in a four-star hotel in Krakow, Poland. Thanks to my passion for the position I quicly developed the neccessery skills and was rapidly promoted to a higher position. I participated in the opening of two hotels and have gained full knowledge of restaurant and bar management. In 2016 I decided to link my passion for working in hospitality and travelling by joining a six-star luxury cruise line operator, where I began as a waiter. Working and living with people from many different countries gives me great pleasure. Within a year onboard the ship Crystal Serenity, I transfered to the bar department, where I discovered a keen interest in mixology. As a result, I have succesfully completed a four-week bartending cours with the European Bartender School in Cape Town and passed the first level award in wines with The Wine and Spirit Education Trust. I'm confident I would present the same dedication, enthusiasm and spirit working for your company and I sincerely hope to meet you and present myself.
