Good Morning, Thank you in advance for your attention. I'm Laura Palmiero, I'm 27 years old, I’m a professional Sommelier (currently I have a 3rd level AIS diploma– Association of Italian Sommelier) I am interested to work in the environment of tourism and food&wine, lux and prestige hotels, I'm available to transfer abroad as evidenced by my recent foreign experience at Walt Disney World in Florida (Orlando, US). I worked as a Sommelier at “Tutto Gusto” Wine Cellar and “Tutto Italia” Restaurant, in one of the largest theme parks in the world for almost 3 years in total. From 21 November 2019 to 21 December 2019 I was in South Africa to obtain from the EBS – European Bartending School the certification of International Bartender. I took this opportunity to visit the University of Oenology of Stellenbosh as well. My dream is to have a complete preparation in the food & wine sector, I aspire to combine my two greatest passions, wine and travel in one profession. One of my missions is to enhance Italy and our fantastic wines and products, I fell in love with the world of wine and I decided to made it my job, I’m proud to be an Italian Sommelier. I can adapt to every type of situation, I like hard work because it gives greater realization. My secret is that the desire to get involved and learn is always present in me and I can take this advantage from new and stimulating environments, and above all from work in contact with people.
