Hello, I'm Paul, a 28 years old French. I am really passionate about the work of bartender. That's why I passed the certificate in Dublin with the European Bartender School in 2019. I got the 97% mark to validate the certificate. I worked 8 months as a bartender and bar manager in a french bar. And I worked a month in Australia (before the covid-19 crisis) I Also worked 2 summer seasons on a private beach (Le bout du Monde) as a bar manager in Calvi, Corsica. And a winter season as head Bartender in a ski station (le Sporting), l’Alpe d’Huez. Last year I worked in Rottnest Island, Australia, as cocktail bartender in a luxury resort (Samphire Rottnest). I also worked in Melbourne for an Italian Wine bar and restaurant as bartender and waiter. At the moment, I m working in a 5***** hotel in the French Carribean island, Saint-Barthelemy. I have knowledge about beers, spirits and wines (I m from Beaujolais and near to Burgundy region.) I also have some latte art skills.
