My last experience it was at Sydney last year : Nick’s Bar and grill. I was alone behind the bar so I learned very fast the restaurant’s cocktails (classics cocktails I already knew it), I improved my speed for make cocktails. I have always the smile with customers, I like to speak with them showing my skills.
