After EBS course I've worked in Milan as barback to learn the job and some tips, then I moved to Sardinia and I've worked in a rock pub as head bartender, I did a lot of practice to impress the client and let him enjoy the moment at the bar. I like to do flair, in the future I would like to partecipate in some competition.
