Youngest ice-cream boss of The Netherlands has become a bartender.
When I was 17 years old I started my own ice cream shop in the middel of The Netherlands. I made daily fresh ice cream in more than 100 different flavours. Only the best ingredients for the best quality. Every year I had 25 new employees working in my shop. I trained them and I took care of the team spirit. A good team is very important in your business. After 5 successful years I wanted something new. That is why I did the 4 week bartender course in Phuket, Thailand. Because of my experience with making my own flavours ice cream, I can use my knowledge very good behind the bar. Creating new stuff is what I like. I really enjoyed the 2-days Mixology course at EBS Phuket.
