Hello, I'm Patrick.

Attentive, friendly bartender looking to build on a vast knowledge of all things spirits and service. I have a passion for creativity and this shines through my personality as well as my work.

Working abroad: I spent 2 summers working with children at a world class sports camp in Pennsylvania. At times, the pressures of this job were unlike anything I had ever felt. As a general counsellor, I would often be the only supervisor to up to 10 children, in completely new surroundings. I gained some unbelievable skills from these experiences. I also attended the world’s leading bartending school in Thailand where I studied practical and theoretical elements of bartending in an intense 4-week course (see certificate of completion attached). Film Maker: Thanks to my university degree, I am a maker of documentary and fiction films with credits in a total of 9 short films- two of which I directed and a co-wrote (The Resit (2016) and (Love Man (2017). Interpersonal skills: Working with people has been at the forefront of all previous employment- most notably Cinema Host, Summer Camp Counsellor and Bartender. Also, making films and working in television were experiences which involved a lot of meeting and negotiating. Teamwork: I have excelled as a team member in and outside of the workplace; from playing in sports teams to leading a television crew, I feel that I am dynamic as an individual and able to perform within a team effectively.
