Hello, I'm Johannes.
A trained aerospace engineer who enjoys the creativity and atmosphere of working behind a bar more than jet-engines. My favourite part is the lighthearted banter with customers while rushing to prepare their drinks to the highest standards.
I worked at several small events and gained my first "real" bar-experience during two summers in a small outside bar - preparing amazing cocktails with minimal equipment and materials. Thanks to my diverse language skills and familiarity with international settings, I tend to connect well with customers. I was often complimented on my upbeat mood and rapid service even in the most stressful moments. My biggest strength is to learn quickly and to adjust easily to new situations behind the bar.
