Hello, I'm Oscar.
Friendly, driven and social bartender form Sweden, who loves a good whiskey or cognac in front of a fireplace on a mountain, or on a beach.
During my time in Branäs, mostly working towards customers during lunch and dinner, with afterski and nightclubs at weekends, I've developed my skills as a bartender, and my service level quite a lot. It's been amazing finally working with something I've wanted to work with for a pretty long time. During the employment, I've met a lot of different people, and learnt how to deal with a variety of situations and solve guests problems. I have also had the possibility to teach some of the serving staff bartending things, and also discussing the nuances around wine/whiskey/cognac with guests, and learning a lot in the process.
