In Belgium : - I worked in many gastronomic restaurants - I worked as a bartender after my schooltime in Mallorca. In the Réunion Island : - I worked as a bartender in beach bars ( lot of flair practice there ) In New Zealand: - I worked as a bartender also but more axes with local beers and wines. I like when things are good made.
