Worked in restaurants since i was 12 in the weekends, opened my own pizzeria at 22yo. At 26yo i moved to London, started as kitchen porter and quickly progressed, to runner, waiter, supervisor, assistant and manager in the same company, and few months spent part time in their head office as a career upgrade. Managed other pizzerias in London and Managed a new opening in Bournemouth. 2 years ago i moved to Gozo (maltese arcipelago) and helped my brother opening a new cafè. And now my plan is to travel and experience new places.
