I completed my international bartending course at EBS New York in November 2019, graduating with an A grade. Since then, I’ve gained hands-on experience working in a variety of bars across Italy, from high-paced cafés to elegant cocktail venues. Each position helped me refine my skills in speed, accuracy, and customer service. These experiences also strengthened my ability to adapt to different team environments and clientele, always keeping quality and professionalism as top priorities.
