I’m a fun, tall blonde from England. I always have a smile on my face but I constantly keep it professional. I know over 80 cocktails by heart as well as basic bar. I’m a team player as well as a team leader.
I have a strong passion for bar / cocktails. My love started a few years ago when I created my first menu, however EBS Miami changed my passion into wanting a career with cocktails! I know over 80 cocktails by heart and I believe I can create cocktails within a good time to perfection. I am also currently learning working flair to improve my capability behind the bar and give customers the best experience possible. I have also completed European Bartender School's online courses including ''The Essentials of Bartending'', '' Advanced Bartending'' and ''Advanced TIki Bartending''. I am also looking to complete the ''Advanced Flair'' course in Miami FL, and ''The Instructor Academy'' in New York in 2021 / 2022. I am hard working, well groomed and always smiling. I would love the opportunity to bring my skills and heart for cocktails to America.
