An Irish aspiring mixologist with a dash of fun, friendly and hard working. Along with an unquenchable thirst for learning.
As an Irish person alcohol in on the mind and in the blood (and I'm not talking about intoxication). I am always looking to make a cracker of a drink, where you take the best aspects of the alcohol with some complimenting mixers and BOOM! You have a nice (a little too) easy to drink potion that is just what you needed. I have experience in customer service and in waitressing. It was while waitressing in East Hampton in America that I realized I love infusing alcohol and making drinks. On July 4th there was nothing better than a Blueberry, Strawberry Martini using some homemade fruit infused Tito's. Then later I did the 4 week International Bartender course and cemented the idea that this was what I wanted to do. I want to continue expanding my knowledge and recipe lists. The more I can learn the better as there is always room for improvement and maybe one day I'll be able to open my own bar.
