Bartender with a strong will to learn more skills and knowledge. I want to work in a dynamic environment where I can be challenged every day, master new methods and shake my life.
I have worked in different types of bars, speakeasy, dancing bar, brasserie, and festivals. Working with various responsibilities, adapting to the different rhythm of work, I am used to encounter various customers and please their needs. As I wanted to be more polyvalent I started to work as a waitress with many caterers during wedding services, congress, buffets, and cocktails. I know how to serve on a tray and to hold three plates. I am familiar with cleaning agents, industrial dishwashers and Health and Safety regulations. I received training concerning the gestures and postures of manutention to adopt at work. Working at the bar was the best experience I had in my work life.
