I'm a pale swedish man who has a nose for pale ale. My second big love in life is the bartender industry. (1st is my dog) Worst thing about hiring me is that you might consider me for your own position in a couple of months. Humble man.
Hey! My name is Markus and I come from cold Sweden. Brief info about me: I am a sporty person who prioritizes physical activity over a late night in town. I have played many different sports in my life but got stuck for golf. In my spare time, I do a lot of charity work, arrange music festivals, hang out with friends and family and play golf. I have always loved working and creating something from nothing, since childhood, I always found innovative ways to make money and there is still in me. Stronger than ever. Arranging music festivals and charity events is something I am passionate about and is something that has given me an incredible amount of experience. I have tried many different jobs already in my life, but in 2017 I stuck to the bar and restaurant, with the main focus on bar. I worked in a bar one summer, and then worked as bar manager at a hotel. I have now resigned myself from the bar job and completed the EBS training in Rome. My plan now is to go around Asia in search of a job in a bar where the standard is very high and the focus is on delivering world-class cocktails. I love the job behind the bar, and love to create new drinks, new ideas, new contacts, new friends. I am looking for a job where I can develop myself and where I can also pass on my knowledge to others so that we can grow together! Hard work, spirit, and soul (EBS) is a good mentality. It is true that I love the bar job more than anything else, but something I am even more passionate about is giving guests an incredible experience wherever I work. Guests should always leave the bar / restaurant and feel that this was something very unique. And that they will come back not only for the awesome food and drinks, but the service. Thats the most imoportant part! I could talk for a whole afternoon about everything I love about this industry, but I also want to save myself a little and hope to have a conversation with you, so far. Talk to you soon! Markus
