Open minded bartender from northern Italy, ready to do experience and demostrate my capabilities!
My experience behind a bar started when i was young, thanks to my highschool, where i learned the basics foundamentals of bartending and enogastronomy, i later did 2 stages in 2 different restaurants for this school. I worked 2 summer season in a camping as an animator, where the relation with guest was fundamental. There my comunication skills and personality overall were improved. In the same Camping i found a job for the next 2 years as a Receptionist, and during the evenings of the same period i worked as a bartender in the restaurant of the campsite. We did from beverage to cocktails and cafeteria, and in 3 person we could manage 165 tables, all full in high season. In the restaurant/bar we also runned some events and parties, with lots of visitors. Now after the EBS course also my cocktail and bartending skills are complete, and i am ready to find a new position behind the bar!
