

Hello, I'm Dacil.
Knowledge thirsty, young ambitiones chef, from switzerland. With foreign country work experience.
I don't have any experience behind the bar yet. Except for the 4 weeks course, but I am willing to learn and adapt fast. I have experience working in a stressful environment. Hygienic and exact working is what i am used to. I finished my apprenticeship as a Chef in 2016 and been working in a kitchen as a Chef de Partie since. Working in a good team, creating new things and learning as I go is what I care for.
