Hello, I'm Nepomuk.

I am a jung Bartender searching for a lot of new things to learn. I learn fast and I am pretty flexible emphatic and creative.



I am in gastronomy since some Years. I started in the Restaurant Seepost in Schondorf (Bavaria Germany). After that I went to Restaurant Laimers in Munich (Bavaria Germany).Since January 2020 I have been working in the beautifull People`s Bar the Hotelbar in Hilton Munich Park. Since this June I got a completely new project. I am Bar chef of the new outdoore Bar of the Strandhotel-Südsee in Dießen am Ammersee (Bavaria Germany). And my curent job is Barchef in a fine Dining Restaurant called Lech-Line in Landsberg am Lech with the Chef de Cuisine (Christian Sauer) My plan for the future is to open up my own Bar. And to get closer to that dream I want to work and learn from a lot of masters of their business.
