Personable and friendly. I really enjoy being behind the bar interacting with people. I am good under pressure and enjoy the process of working in a team.
Having completed the EBS bartending school at the end of September, I travelled up to Scotland and spent 3 weeks working for a private individual as a barman and waiter for his 22 guests in a team of three. My responsibilities included serving lunchtime and evening drinks, waiting at table, serving wine and keeping the bar well stocked and clean and tidy at all times. I was also responsible for all the ordering and stocking of the bar prior to the guests arrival.
