Before taking my course at EBS I've already had the chance of working as a barkeeper in two different venues in Munich. My job at "Moejo91" taught me how to keep a cool head in club-like working environment. On the other hand, my time at "Sandbar" helped my to work quickly and effectively under severe time pressure. Furthermore, my academic studies in business and chemistry allow me to understand other facets of the hospitality business as well as bartending and mixology in general.
