

Hello, I'm Alberto.
I am a very open and communicative person, who wants to work and serve the guests because I just love the bartending and I think I feel it.
I always felt like a real gastronomic person. During my studies I always worked as an assistant waiter for pocket money. After spending a year in my profession as an electrician, I realized that this is not what I want to do all my life. I completed the EBS course because I needed "wind in the back" to decide to continue working in the gastronomic field. I want to serve guests and prepare great drinks and entertain them in the best way possible.
