Started at the casino bar, continued in the restaurant and experienced club bar, i found even more passion in learning about preparing my own syrups, shrubs, cordials, emphasize the importance of garnish and learn the right tecniques and balance of the cocktails. In the time of self-learning I took the advantage of international bartender course in Miami and learn a lot about recepies, history, creating of alcohols, garnishes, flair and bar skills. The way took me to Barcelona, where I joined the mixology course and learned more about craft cocktails. Meanwhile I learned from the best bartenders, joining the Bartenders association of Slovenia, who showed me how to put the bartending on the next level.
