Hello, I´m a service-minded, smiling 20-year-old woman, who graduated from the school this summer 2019. At the moment I´m taking a break from everything called studies and want to work and get some experiences that way, while also travel and see the world, before I head back too study. I´ve just came home after being in Dublin for 4 weeks on a bartender course, where I’ve learned to make about 72 different cocktails, about different bar techniques, sales and service and about spirits such as Gin, Vodka, Beer, Wine, Brandy, Whiskey, Tequila and liqueurs. I have gained a lot of experience about being a bartender and how to run a bar, within a short period, and feel i have a good basic knowledge after my EBS course. Before I’ve been working as a dish washer/kitchen helper in both a butcher shop and a small restaurant/café. Both places have given me experience and knowledge about cleaning and keeping it tied behind for example a bar. I´ve also worked as a shop assistant where the job was mostly about serving customers and watch over the shop and cleaning it.
