

Hello, I'm Fabian.
I am a determined, mature and adoptable Bartender from Berlin. When we work together you can expect a balanced, organized and trustworthy employee. I always enjoy my work with colleagues and guests, but don´t forget a clear head.
When I´m thinking about my motivation to moving to Oslo to make the 4 weeks experience to become an international bartender, I also have to think about decisive experiences which inspired me to work in this varied Business. First of all the most important experience I made was working with Levy Restaurant as a waiter in the Mercedes-Benz Arena for three years, where I served guests in different suites. I learned how to deal with different types of guests, how to create a warming atmosphere without being unprofessional and also how to organise myself to have a good evening with my guests and colleagues. At some special events I had the possibilities to work with professional bartenders. As a result I started to have the ambition to do it professionally . In 2018 I worked in a Café for the same company for 3 months. In this place I learned how to be more independent.Through the "EBS" course I have learned a versatile theoretical and practical knowledge, but also how to behave as a professional bartender. In the future I want to use all these experiences to be a creative, self confident and motivated bartender. I´m really uncomplicated, open minded, and determined for every task.
