Hello, I'm Tom.

To begin my name is Maffeis and not MaSSeis. I am a young man of 25, serious, good presentation, rigorous, versatile, with a strong team spirit. I got my EBS diploma on September 2019, but I had practiced the bar before.

With an excellent nervous balance but also a sense of relationship, I know how to deal with stressful situations and am willing to work the week at any time, on weekends as well as on holidays. My great responsiveness, my sense of responsibility are all assets that will be favorable to me. Dynamic, smiling, well-presented and loving contact with others, I have a sense of welcome and could therefore respond to the demands of any tasks that you deem useful. In addition, my experience as a Manager has made me understand that customer satisfaction is a priority to ensure the brand image of the company from which we are involved. Speaking fluent English, I will be able to adapt to the demand of foreign customers.
