As only an 18 year old my experience in the hospitality sector is small, having only had one job. This job was as part-time and included roles such as bartender, wine waiter, dish-washer and host. All of these jobs has given me an appreciation of how a bar team works together and how vital all members of staff are. As a worker I am incredibly social and thrive off human interaction, making me good with customers. My work ethic is to be always learning and therefore I would like a job where I am constantly trained and challenged to make me a better and more rounder bartender.
