I completed the 4 week International Bartender Course with a grade C. I then gained employment in a cocktail bar in a 5 star hotel which I am currently working at. This is my first bartending job and is also the first job I can say I love. I try to better my skills on a daily basis by learning more about cocktails or alcohols I am not so familiar with. I enjoy explaining to customers what differentiates our whiskeys, and liqueurs. This has allowed me to develop my mixology skills, as well as my communication skills and become better at effective planning.
