Hello, I'm Vy.
Experienced and professionally trained bartender/mixologist from Australia. I’m a young, extremely outgoing and confident people’s person, working well under high pressure situations and always open to learning new techniques/knowledge.
As I’m quite young I’ve only been bartending for 1 year but during that time I’ve experienced working in a broad range of environments, these include pubs/bars, weddings, festivals, catering events and private functions. Each of these events have a completely different atmosphere which I love so I’ve learnt to quickly adjust to any situation and take on anything with an open mind. Through each of these opportunities I’ve learnt a lot of useful skills that have effected my overall work ethic, for example; speed and accuracy, remaining calm under every circumstance, having an engaging personality that makes it easy for me to speak with customers confidently and just an overall professional attitude/appearance. I’ve also recently completed my European Bartending School course and their Mixology course. Due to achieving this, I’ve learnt to comfortably free pour, flair, a deep knowledge on liquors/liqueurs and of course cocktails.
