I worked for 2 months at a pub in Singapore, where I started as a food runner but through demonstrating my work ethic and ability to learn quickly on the job I was promoted to waiter and then was working behind the bar after only 3 weeks. My favourite aspect of this job was maintaining a good relationship with the regulars.
