

Hello, I'm Perrin.
American Expat and world traveler currently living in Berlin. Gastro is new for me, and thru the training I discovered how much I like the work; especially mixology aspects. I love a dry vodka martini (or vesper) and whisky most.
I've never worked in gastronomy before and have not (yet) had bartending work experience, but my other jobs, working in theater producing, writing, and performance, have taught me lots of cross-over skills, especially people skills, and also how working quickly and effectively on a deadline, under pressure or stressful situations. I'm open for new experiences, learn fast and I am willing to put in the effort necessary to do well at any job I decide to take on. I chose to do this training because I want more flexibility in my work options and I like bartending/mixing and would like an opportunity to develop and master the good basis I learned in my EBS course.
