Hello, I'm Sarah.

I am young, vibrant and have a tendency to dive in the deep end head first and come out the other side smiling. I like change and a chance to be creative.

I have a love for the hospitality industry and its fast paced environments and can see myself sticking within this industry for a very long time. I have found myself working on the other side of the bar for several years now in a unique table service role, wearing only a bikini or lingerie in licensed venues serving alcohol to patrons. This just goes to show that i like a challenge and to be a part of something out of the ordinary. I have found that this role has contributed many desirable skills for future employment as i have worked in extremely fast paced environments having to thinking on my feet, handle cash and calculate change whilst on the move. I have developed self confidence and a huge confidence in the workplace, learnt how to communicate easily with all different kinds of people and have found a love for hearing the varied stories from the life of a 90 year old man to the life of a 22 year old backpacker and everything in between. I have recently expanded my knowledge around alcohol, cocktails and mixology by attending Sydney’s European Bartender School being certified in all areas with an overall grade B and an average of 93%. Even though I have no previous experience in an employment role behind the bar, having completed this course I find myself wanting to pursue this avenue and work creating delicious and presentable cocktails whilst continuing to expand my knowledge and skills.
