Hello, I'm Sergio.

I consider myself a very creative person, always fun and easygoing to help my team to create a nice environment together. I have a lot of experience working with Tequila and mezcal and sharing the knowledge of this ancestral spirits.



I started this career studying culinary arts, there is where I experience real passion for the first time. I worked for the intercontinental hotels in the kitchen and the bakery. but I started to see that there was a lot of creativity and innovation behind the bar. then I moved to the beach, while I was working at the kitchen I asked if I could work at the bar in my spare time, there is when I started making cocktails for the first time. After working in small restaurant as bartender and then as head-bartender I got my best job at the Rosewood hotels, which it was my best experience, there is when I started developing a lot of technique and studying the classics. Now I work in an ultra luxury hotel as a bar manager where I'm in-charged of creating different programs such as the cigar, wine, Tequila and mezcal tasting, and the tiki-tropical cocktail nights, to mention some. I'm exited to keep going forward and experience new journeys around the world.
