At Paradise Island Resort and Spa in the Maldives, where I have been working as a Bartender since May 2022, I developed a new cocktail menu inspired by Indian flavors and created a beverage list featuring local ingredients. My efforts were recognized when I was awarded Best Employee of the Month in May 2024, and I played a key role in boosting our social media presence, achieving 4,000 followers within three months. Previously, as the Head Bartender at Hyatt Place from October 2020 to April 2022, I managed the busiest rooftop bar in the absence of the Bar Manager, earned the Innovative Award, and organized one-day events such as Valentine's Day and local festivals. I also managed the bar's social media presence and trained new team members. My career began at Hard Rock Cafe, where I worked as a Bartender from August 2019 to March 2020. I engaged guests with friendly conversation and humor, which contributed to repeat business. I was honored with the Employee of the Month award four times and consistently provided a clean, welcoming environment while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
