I worked as a bartender and waitress in a busy pub restaurant, gaining knowledge in dealing with customers and providing efficient, amiable service. I was employed as a waitress and barista, in a Tea shop. Here I was responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to the customers and I received training in making coffees. The Brewery Tap. Summer 2015 I worked as a waitress and kitchen porter at my local pub. Gaining knowledge of health and hygiene standards and having an early introduction into the hospitality trade. Events waitress 2015 to 2019 I have worked as a one off waitress for events such as dinner parties and large events, preparing and serving drinks and caring for guests. This allowed me to experience working in a formal environment and practice handling drinks and food.
