Hello, I'm Ella.
I am a friendly, enthusiastic, hard working aspiring bar tender who has recently gained my bartending diploma from EBS
Before undertaking my EBS diploma I was working in Gails bakery and cafe, here I was able to expand my knowledge of coffee while being trained as a barista. Within my role I also worked behind the till which meant I had a lot of interaction with customers, this was something I alway enjoyed as I am a friendly person. I developed strong customer service skills, I was able to build a strong rapport with regular customers and I learnt how to manage and overcome tricky situations. While I was working at Gails i was also working at a local bar called Belmeis, While I was working here I gained insight and understanding as to how a bar works, I expanded my knowledge of cocktails and built on my existing costumer service skills.
