Pub Bartender from Scotland with a good understanding of whisky and ales. I also love learning about new drinks and ideas to help to be more efficient behind the bar.
My experiences include working in a small organic cafe as a kitchen porter, where I was learning to work fast and learned about task management. Then I worked in a Hotel in multiple areas during my short time there. I worked in the kitchen then moved to a restaurant bar, and shortly after that, I worked in the public bar on own my indepentant of other staff in the hotel.
