Born in Canada and raised in France, I am a fine mix of friendliness and hard work with a passion for the F&B industry.
I have worked as a waitress for the last four years in luxury hotels around France. It was a real pleasure to work for Michelin Star Chefs, for 5* hotels and do what I love and what I do best. It was in Cyprus whilst working at the Four Seasons Hotel that I entered the bartending world, as I was a waitress at the main bar of the hotel. Working with such skilled people and discovering new beverages and flavours enhanced my envy to become a bartender. My main goal, everywhere I work, is to be proud of what I serve. Moreover, to ensure the guests satisfaction by giving them the best service I could offer. I aspire to find a position as a bartender in a hotel bar or in a cocktail bar in Spain. Why Spain? To improve my Spanish and become tri-lingual, and to perfect my craft. I am fluent in English and in French, have professional training and graduated from Vatel International Business School of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
