I am a really friendly and flexible person who love work in bars. I have been expanding my experience working in bars in Italy, Barcelona, London and Perth. I am always open to knew experiences and new challanges.

Before i decided to follow Ebs bartender course, I used to work in local bars in Italy where i realized how much i liked to work in contact with people and create drinks. So i choose to attend EBS course in Barcelona, and once finished and passed i started my real cocktail bartender experience. In Barcelona i started to learn the importance of be well organized and work clean when you work in a fast placed. After a year of fun work in Barcelona i chose to move in one of the best city to be a cocktail bartender: London. Here i had my best working related experience, where my colleagues helped me to learn most of what i know about cocktails, and i had the opportunity to work in an international atmosphere. I went deep in the cocktail world. I learnt basic mixology and how to work in a fast placed and keep high standard. As senior bartender i started also to experience what it is the stock counting and the stock ordering. After 2 years in London i choose to challange again and have a new different experience in Australia. Here i had few different experiences where mostly where fast placed bars, where everybody was in charge of the bar, hall and teach to the news about the job. Costumer service was the main focus. Right now i am looking for a new venue where to continue to learn more and that would let me to combine my two favorite things: Travelling and work as Bartender.
