worked as Bartender and Bar commis in Belmond Hotel Cipriani at the “Il Gabbiano bar”in Venice, plus working as Head Waiter for private events and catering. I am working as Bartender in private events held byCasinò di Venezia. I am working as Bartender in private events for Bauer hotels. I graduated from “European Bartender School” in New York , and partecipate at an advance mixology course. I was part of a development project of a restaurant-bar on the coast of Panamà.I had the tasks of designing strategies and organizing the activities to enhace the place.Other tasks included dealing with suppliers, set up the daily menu, bookeeping, recruiting, training and supervising. my coworkers. I also worked as Sous-Chef for all the season, in addiction i contribuitedas Bartender to create and drafting the cocktail menù. I’m working as Bartender in private events held by Catering & Events Cipriani srl Venice by Harry’s Bar. I worked for two years as assistant Bartender in a Rooftop bar “Il Loggione” of the Hotel “A la Commedia” coming a handle it independently as the Head Barman. During the winter season I managed the Bar "Il Teatro" inside the Hotel. I lived and work in London for a year. I started from Piccadily Circus at “The Comedy Pub” and then moved to the Eastern London at the “Zigfrid Von Underbelly” where i had the chance to gain experience as bartender in this well-known cocktail bar.
