I've worked in several different types of bars and restaurants, including one coffee shop. When living abroad, I organised and facilitated a cocktail workshop for over 20 people, and trained hotel staff the basics of making cocktails and mocktails. Additionally, I've set up and coordinated a vegan cocktail night for the Vegan Society in Blantyre, Malawi. Prepared, decorated and served vegan cocktails and mocktails with flavor paired snacks. I have also completed the Yellow Grade exam for the World Flair Association.
