I have over 10 years of experience within our industry, 4 of which are behind bars of high end restaurants, family friendly restaurants, cocktail lounges, and regular bars/pubs. I was a Head Bartender at 5-Star cocktail bar where I have created my own cocktails that are going on the menu permanently. I also posses a graphic design level 8 bachelors degree from W.I.T. of Ireland.
