I’m Luis. Hospitality and food and beverage expert. at the beginning of my career I worked in Alicante in high season seven years ago and there I learned to be efficient and fast.Then I worked in Madrid (my current place) as a bar manager/head bartender in an Argentinian restaurant called Fayer (now the name is Fogata) and after that I started working at Four Seasons madrid as a bartender three years ago. I have extensive knowledge in luxury spirits and high-level wines. I also have extensive handling of the floor.
