My family owns a restaurant since I was born, so I literally grown in this trade. After school I started to work for some summer seasons in different campsites of the coast where I live, learning languages and meeting people from different cultures. During the winter I helped my family with the restaurant, starting to deeply love to work behind the bar but realizing that was not the right place for me. So from 2013 I started: breakfast barista in a small bar, 2014 bartender in the same place, 2015 barista in an italian bar in Ibiza near Pacha, 2016 disco bartender back here and then, from 2017 hotel bar keeper. I work alone, sometimes quiet sometimes very busy, but my guests are lovely. I love to be funny and make them laugh, even if we're in such a formal place. I remember what they drink and I try to be as kind as possible, cause I think that kindness is the best thing to connect people... more than speaking the same language. I'll finish my contract there in October, and especially after EBS Phuket experience, I'd really love to try to do something to grow and learn more, if possible in another country (I love Spain!).
