Franco-English. Sociable, responsible and persevering, I've been a bartender for more than 2 years now. And shift manager for a year. I'm very excited and motivated to start a new adventure, to learn more and evolving.
Working for a growing chain of bars and restaurants in France required great rigour, discipline and a high sense of customer service. My responsibilities for the proper functioning of the bar were to manage inventory levels, prepare orders, check the quality of drinks and cocktails, speed of service, cleanliness and training of new recruits. My work ethic? Team work. Always help each others.
