Detail oriented, gin enthusiast, funny french woman and former receptionist looking forward to continue my amazing bartending career (preferably in London)
My first hospitality experience started on a 5* Campsite in the South of France where I learned on the spot how to be the best receptionist for our guests. The relationship continued for 5 more summer seasons with in between experiences in other establishments such as a 4* Hotel in Malta (receptionist), a restaurant (hostess), and several cocktails bars. During all these years my attraction for bartending never went away and I decided to join EBS New York to start my career as a bartender and learn the basics needed in the industry. I graduated with 94,3% and more confidence but I still had many things to learn, so I decided to attend another school. This specific opportunity at Ypnotik Bartending School allowed me to work for two of the best cocktail bars in my city and graduate as a valedictorian. I now can't wait to start discovering new cocktail bars and countries, providing my professionalism and dedication to hospitality to the venue that will trust me into joining their team.
