As I hope to travel most of the world, studying with EBS in Dublin, Ireland was an awesome adventure as I enjoyed interacting with people from all over the globe. The pressure working behind the bar was amazingly fun. And the drive to reach excellence in the cocktail experience with the service, presentation, and flavor filled me with joy! I worked small gigs, creating menus for small, personal parties. I also have served in the military where I learned lead in high stress and chaotic environments. I have a gift for deescalating problematic situations without causing problems.
