As a gap year student I am eager to see and experience as much as possible in 2019, allowing me the opportunity to learn simultaneously more about both the real world and myself. As an individual I have a strong work ethic and am always willing to put 100% of my effort into any opportunity that happens to come my way. After completing my training at EBS in Cape Town, I have no doubt that my newly-acquired bar skills stand me in good stead for most bartending jobs around the globe. I am excited to see how bartending allows me to improve my interpersonal skills by interacting with guests, as well as to push myself to live out the EBS core values of hard work, spirit and soul.
