Hello, I'm Anabelle.
Trilingual and with two nationalities, French and Colombian, I am graduated from European Bartender School at Cape Town. If you are looking for a dynamic, organized et efficient person, I am the right one for you.
I create syrups and I love to improve new cocktails receipts. I like to try different things. My syrups are made with flowers, fruits, plants anything that seems nice to me and inspires me with different spirits. Sometimes I make my own straws with wood (for my personal use). I have a great fast and easily adaptation to any new environment, Thanks to my experiences in different catering establishments and my numerous film shoots as an assistant director, I have the spirit of team work, autonomy and interpersonal management.
