I spent 6 years working on 2 very different cruise lines, most of the time as a head bartender. I am adept in purchasing, design and execution of F&B programs geared towards driving revenue and streamlining service, menu design and implementation, quality assurance programs, inventory control, budgeting, scheduling, as well as a sound knowledge of public health compliance, including USPH and VSP. In addition, my years in a leadership role have given me the ability to train, lead and mentor upwards of 150 staff on product knowledge and service standards, which ultimately improves efficiency and heightens levels of customer service, therefore, increasing both profitability and guest satisfaction.
